charged for all rentals. A $150 security deposit is required for all cash rentals.

specific condos. Off season: December, January, February - Holidays
and "Stay 7/Pay 6 special" are excluded. All rates are subject to
change without notice. Cleaning Fee of $20-$30 per condo. $5.00 Water
use fee per day. No rentals to single persons under the age of
25 unless accompanied by parents during the entire rental
period. Proof of age at check-in will be required. SORRY

section of Rocky Point. 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 1375 square feet. These
condos have 12 ft. patio doors looking out to the magnificent views.

del Mar #206, 207, 208, 209, 306, 308, are brand new three-bedroom, 2
bathroom condos in the Mirador area, completed in March of 2006. The
master bedrooms have a king bed, the second bedrooms have a queen size
bed and the third bedrooms have a queen or 2 singles, and some of the
units have a pull-out couch in the living area. The kitchen is fully
equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including,
coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include
central air and heat TV monitor for VCR and DVD’s, and CD player,
(bring own videos, DVD’s and CD’s), patio furniture, and washer and
dryer. Owner requests: No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set
of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night
minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all
Holidays.
