The fully equipped kitchen includes a large stove/oven and refrigerator, all necessary dishes, utensils, pots and pans plus a coffee percolator. Large picture windows face the beach side and a door leads to the covered patio with 6 chairs, 2 rockers and a gas BBQ plus a stairway leading to the upper sundeck with built-in benches along the rails and, of course, a 360º view. The two main bedrooms each have a queen bed, and hand crafted Mexican Incapali headboards, dresser and nightstand. The windows in each bedroom give you a full view of the Sea of Cortez. Each Bedroom has it's own full bathroom with a tiled shower. The extra bedroom suite has a bunk bed with a double below and a single above plus a single futon and a full bathroom. The Great room, Kitchen/dinning provides a full view of the Sea of Cortez. All windows throughout the home have screens that allow you to open them to let in the cross breezes of fresh ocean air. You can watch the sun rise and set on the same horizon, observe dolphins playing at certain times of the day, enjoy the pelicans gliding by daily, along with other Birds diving for fish as high times roll in. You can feed sea gulls when you wish, and collect sand dollars and shells when the tide is out. At night you can observe the most beautiful Celestial displays imaginable, for there is no artificial light blocking the heavenly view above. *This home is non-smoking and no pets.
