This is the third outer
beach on the southeast side of town, and is about 15 - 20
minute drive from town. Almost all homes in this area are self
contained homes. They are solar powered, and require that
water be delivered to them with normal use 1 or 2 times a
week. If you are conservative with water and power you will
have an enjoyable weekend. The beach here is wide, sandy, and
rocky free. Playa Encanto and Playa La Jolla share the nicest
beach in Rocky Point.

Beautiful
two story beachfront house with an amazing ocean view in front and
mountain view from the upper balcony in back. Brand new and
approximately 4,000 square feet. This home is 3/4 of the way to La
Jolla in Playa Encanto to the new part towards the Estuary. You
walk under an arch which leads you to the front porch. The ocean
side has a spiral staircase to the upper deck. The two downstairs
bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds and a full
bathroom. The living room has a sectional with a full size pull
out bed. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen and built in
cabinets as well as a sleeper sofa and love seat. The last bedroom
upstairs has two queen beds in it. This home has ceiling fans
throughout and 4 fireplaces. The kitchen is large and has a great
view to the beach. It is equipped with a full size stove and oven,
refrigerator, breakfast bar and wet bar, toaster, coffeemaker and
blender as well as all of the necessary dishes and pots and pans.
A large charcoal grill has been added to the patio.
Air-conditioned and heated throughout. Casa E-10.5 runs on solar
energy and a dc to ac inverter. Price for the house will be $50.00
more during the summer to run the air conditioning. Pet

bedroom Santa Fe style home sits on the pristine sandy quiet beach
of Playa Encanto. It is a two story house with a rooftop bar/patio
for evening festivities. E-2 has a large kitchen spacious living
quarters, cozy dining room, and with 6 bathrooms there is plenty
of room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen is nicely equipped
with two refrigerators, coffee makers, blenders, and dishware are
provided. The large beachfront patio has an incredibly huge fire
pit as well as patio furniture, Spanish tiled palapa for lazy
afternoons, and volleyball net on the beach. The two master suites
have oceanfront balconies with fireplaces. Ensueño 2 is in the
rustic community of Playa Encanto, so the entire house runs off
solar energy, batteries, and propane. The house has ample power to
run amenities for the entire occupancy of the house. This is a
wonderful home for large get-togethers with family or friends.

major and small appliances. The living room has plenty of room
with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez, Satellite TV/DVD and
fireplace. The ocean side patio has a big palapa with a propane
BBQ, bar and patio furniture. Other amenities include ceiling fans
and TV/VCR in all the bedrooms. A/C is available in all bedrooms
only. This house has 2 extra rooms for kids available at $220.00

fifth bedroom has a daybed. The upstairs loft has plenty of
sleeping area with rollaway beds and futons. The TV room has

for extra sleeping area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped
with a dishwasher, commercial stove with 6 burners, a flat
