This is the second outer beach on the southeast side of town. It is about a 20 minute drive from town. All the homes in Playa La Jolla are self-contained, self sufficient homes, that operate on Solar Power, and have water delivered. With normal use water will need to be delivered once or twice weekly. All the homes in Playa La Jolla have generators, however, high load appliances such as hair dryers and curling irons should not be used. If you are conservative with the water and the electricity you will have an enjoyable vacation. The beach here is wide, sandy, and rocky free. playa La Jolla and Playa Encanto share the nicest beach in Puerto Peñasco. In addition renters at La Jolla can use the communities beachfront swimming pool.

The second bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk bed sets, one double size and one single size. This homes accommodates 10 people. Comes with Full time maid service, Daily Cleaning, Cooking, & Clean up available Mon-Sat (on holidays, let us know 3 days in advanced if you want the maid to cook for you and what you want her to cook). A/C is available for the summer time for an additional $50.00 dlls per night. The house has a charcoal BBQ. Owners requests NO SMOKING INSIDE AND NO PETS.

The second bedroom has a double bed, the third two double beds, and the fourth a single double bed. The third bedroom has a queen size and full size bunk beds. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, family room, dining area, and full back patio with breathtaking views. The home has a charcoal BBQ. Both our main house and guest house can be rented together or separate. This home is located in Playa La Jolla and it has 24 hours security. We provide you with all the traditional amenities that you would expect from a first class rental home. This home is fully furnished and can sleep up to 10 guests. You will also have maid service from Monday through Saturday. The maid will help you with anything you need, and can also cook for you and your family. Outside the front door you will find a gorgeous courtyard with flowers, a large table and fountain.
